Dr. Christopher Bromley

Dr. Christopher Bromley was born and raised in Goshen and Newburgh, New York.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA.  He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Bromley was awarded at graduation the Henry Haber Award for Clinical Excellence.  He completed his residency program in Podiatric Surgery at Maryland General and Johns Hopkins teaching Hospitals in Baltimore, Maryland.  Dr. Bromley is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.  He served as the Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY from 2005 to 2021 and is a former Director of the St. Francis Hospital Wound Care Center.  Dr. Bromley is currently the Chief Medical Officer at Care PICS, an innovative wound care Telehealth company.  Dr. Bromley currently practices Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Delray Beach, Florida.  Dr. Bromley is an internationally noted expert in Wound Care and Regenerative Medicine, has authored numerous publications, is a national speaker, a mentor for continuing medical education, and instructor for surgeon educational events.

Dr. Jonathan Reynolds

Jonathan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and a PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Minnesota. He works as a physical therapist at the Orthology, Inc. clinic in Eagan, MN, and he is the Chief Curriculum Officer and leads the company’s Clinical Council, a committee of clinicians that provide clinical governance and oversight. His primary area of clinical specialization is the shoulder. Jonathan’s Ph.D. dissertation investigated the concert violinist’s exposure to motion and muscle activation factors that are associated with right shoulder impingement (bursitis, rotator cuff tendinitis etc.) in the bow arm. His other areas of interest include orthopedic outpatient physical therapy for those of all ages suffering with musculoskeletal injuries, especially industrial workers, performing artists, and those with chronic pain.Jonathan has consulted as an expert witness in medico-legal and medical malpractice cases. He is licensed to practice physical therapy in Minnesota and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, The International Shoulder Group (affiliated with the International Society for Biomechanics), and the Performing Arts Medical Association. He has traveled to many locations in the United States and Canada, as well as parts of Asia, to teach continuing education seminars on Functional Capacity Evaluation, Job Site Analysis and Post Offer Evaluation. He has designed several software programs that are currently used in the industrial rehabilitation field.Jonathan is the inventor of the TolaPoint, a self-treat soft-tissue pressure application and joint mobilization system (www.tolapoint.com) for those suffering with myofascial trigger point pain, and for those wishing to enhance muscular performance.He has authored and co-authored articles in the fields of biomechanics, ergonomics, and sports medicine.

Dr. Michael J. Kaplan

Dr. Michael J. Kaplan is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and total joint replacement. Though his practice at Active Orthopedics, Dr. Kaplan offers expert treatment options for knee injuries and arthritis, including ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair, unicondylar knee replacement, and revision and primary total knee replacement. In addition, he has extensive expertise in the treatment of shoulder injuries, including rotator cuff tears and shoulder instability. He offers personalized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient, prioritizing getting his patients back to health quickly and safely. Dr. Kaplan graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed his residencyin orthopedic surgery there in 1992. He then completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine from the American Sports Medicine Institute with Dr. James Andrews and served as an NFL team physician from 1997-1998.  Dr. Kaplan is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He is an executive member of the Connecticut Orthopedic Society and routinely named a “Top Doctor” in Connecticut by Connecticut Magazine. He can be seen on ESPN, serving as a senior medical correspondent, and is frequently invited to speak at regional and national conferences. His expertise in orthopedics and practice management will be a strong asset to the board.

Dr. Aman Upadhyay, MD

Dr. Aman Upadhyay, M.D. is a pain medicine specialist board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the esteemed Guaranteed Professional Program at The University of Illinois. He completed an anesthesiology residency at Henry Ford Hospital and was awarded Resident of the year for the department. Dr. Upadhyay then competed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Henry Ford Hospital. Since then he has been practicing pain medicine and was Director of Pain Medicine Research at Henry Ford for a number of years. He is consistently recognized asa TOP DOC by Detroit's HOUR magazine. He is also a member of the NFL players association Pain Medicine Council and acting Pain Management Physician for the Detroit Lions. His expertise in pain management will help us to continue our leadership in multimodal pain treatment that does rely on narcotics.
